Internal Flyer Policy

The flyer templates on this page are designed for internal use only. If you have a piece of collateral that needs to be Marketed outside of the organization, please submit a Marketing Request

Internal Audiences Include

  • Employees
  • Nurses
  • Physicians
  • Volunteers who are being communicated to within the construct of the hospital or system

Example Use Cases Include

  • Internal events
  • Initiatives
  • Auxiliary sales

Template Directions

Populate the template with information. You may not edit the design of the template, only the content on the page. Marketing has final approval. You must submit the template to your Marketing liason for approval two weeks in advance of when you would like it distributed

For example, if your event is November 1, please have collateral submitted to Marketing by October 1 so it can run two weeks prior to your event.

Email Signature Guidelines 

  • Calibri 12 point
    • Regular and Bold
    • No script fonts
  •  Either copy and paste an existing signature or, using the ‘Standard Colors’ at the bottom of the color chart, choose the following:
    • Dark Blue’ for typed info 
    • Blue’ for color sliders/dividers
  • Battlefield Blvd.’ should be abbreviated
    • 736 Battlefield Blvd., North
    • Or replace with different office address if applicable
  • No need to include mobile or fax if it isn’t necessary
    • All phone numbers use dashes, not parentheses
    • office phone abbreviation = o. 
    • mobile phone abbreviation = m.
  • The link below the signature should be for the hospital’s website, not your email (if you’re sending an email, the recipient will already have it)
  • Please do not include special messages, quotes, etc. in your signature
