If the story involves patients and their care, appropriate approval from the patient will need to be obtained by the provider/caregiver team prior to Marketing’s contact with the patient. We will also require a media release to be signed if there are photos and/or video involved. Marketing maintains the right to evaluate the story and determine if it can be pitched to external media outlets or covered internally.
