One of the receptionists was extremely rude and I felt that the doctor was completely dismissive of what I had to say. Also one of their practitioners comes to an office much closer to my home, but I was scheduled for the office three hours away.

Nurses are always nice and friendly. Front desk staff are rude and act like they do not have time to be nice. In general, dr is usually very attentive however, this time he was not. I am currently having issues that are affecting my heart rate and he did not seem interested. He was running behind and didn't seem to want to take the time to listen to my issue. I believe he was not in the exam room more than 5 minutes. I should not have to pay to be seem 5 minutes.

We had to wait 1.5 hours past our appointment time before the doctor came to our room.I had other things to do that day and I missed my cut off time for submitting my invoices. I find this unacceptable. If it would have been the other way around, you would have charged me 50 to 100 bucks. In spite of that, I found the doctor to be very knowledgeable. He knew exactly what to do just by listening to us. He is straight forward to which I love. I will be returning to see this provider as long as need be.

I needed an appointment as soon as possible after spending some time in the ER for high blood pressure and pain in arm. When I called the soonest possible was two months after the ER visit. This is not good, there needs to be availability for emergencies such as this.
