Screening mammograms at Chesapeake Regional are all digital, using 3D technology, allowing radiologists to see breast tissue with great detail. Advanced technology allows for earlier detection, diagnosis and treatment. As a Comprehensive Breast Imaging Center, we also offer other innovative technologies to help detect breast cancer in early stages, when it is most treatable.

Mobile Mammography 

Chesapeake Regional was the first in Hampton Roads to introduce a 3D Mobile Mammography Unit. Our mobile unit visits businesses, churches, parks and more. We bring everything to your chosen site, making it easy to have an annual mammogram completed in less than 30 minutes.

Free Mammograms 

Funds raised through the annual The Bra-ha-ha® campaign help provide mammograms and related breast health services to eligible, uninsured and under-insured community members. Free mammograms are offered year-round to those who qualify. Please call 757-312-6536 to make an appointment.
