Jordan is very easy to talk to about my health issues and willing to help in anyway possible even if it means giving me referrals to a specialists. She has never made me feel stupid or silly for asking questions (like some providers can do). I intend to see Jordan for a long time! She's amazing and I highly recommend her to anyone!

Jordan Crowell is a great provider because she's patient and explains things to me in a way that I can understand. I have been terrified of doctors, but with NP Crowell, she makes me feel comfortable and allows me to ask questions and not feeling judged or that what I'm asking is "dumb".

I absolutely adore Shannon at the front desk!!! She is the reason I made the appointment to begin with. That woman is an angel. So kind and calm. When I told her ok the phone I was anxious to see a doc she even suggested the best times to come and gave me an extra week to get my mind right. She always answers the phone In such a friendly way. The nurse was also a total sweetheart. She really listened! Finally, Jordan was wonderful too. I was worried she might think I'm a problem patient but she was so kind and took me seriously and made the referrals I needed. This is the best office around!

My blood pressure had been high for a few days, so I called the office. The receptionist was very helpful and made me an appointment with Jordan that same morning. Jordan's nurse is very professional, helpful and courteous, as well as Jordan. Jordan listened to me. Dr. Shah is my regular physician and my preference is to be seen by him, but Jordan is a great asset to the office.
