Universal Bed Model that Helps Patients
Our heart program brings cardiologists and surgeons together to discuss how best to care for patients, using a universal bed model. To promote healing and continuity of care, a patient stays in the same hospital room, from post-operation to discharge. This allows clinicians to use the highest standards and apply established evidence-based protocols to significantly improve clinical outcomes and each patient’s experience.
