NP, Robinson was amazing! She listened to me and heard me. I haven't had a pcp in a long time but when she entered the room I knew for a fact that she was going to he my PCP for the long haul. She was very professional and sweet. Gave feedback on the questions I asked or concern and explained everything she was going to do to get me back on track. I can't thank her enough!

My Regular Doctor was unable to see me. I travel over 4 hours to see him. At the last hour driving I receives a text that my appointment was canceled . I was called within the hour to reschedule. They actually found a time for me to come in anyway to see Ms. Robinson. I was very nervous about this because Ive seen Dr. Ramatad for over 30 years. I found that Ma. Robinson was wonderful. She was patient with me, I did feel rushed and would definitely see her again. Thats a huge deal forMe. I drive so far because I trust and value Dr. Ramstad. Now I also feel the same about Ms. Robinson.

From the time I arrived at this office it was a very pleasurable experience. The receptionist is very cheerful, helpful and pleasant. The nurse who took my vitals was very friendly and knowledgeable about question I asked. Erika Robinson is very pleasant and helpful. She is easy to understand when she answers questions and explains conditions. She listens very attentively when I express my concerns and is always responsive in a caring, pleasant and knowledgeable manner. My visits with this office are always pleasurable, satisfying and professional from the time I arrive till the time I leave.

NP Robinson was awesome! There was barely any wait time prior to her entrance into the room. The visit was not rushed. She took her time listening and understanding my concerns. She thoroughly explained answers and explanations as well as getting prescriptions over to the pharmacy in a timely manner.

I am often greeted by the kindest receptionist I've ever met. She always greets me with a smile. The medical assistants are some of the best—very professional and courteous. As a healthcare professional myself, I would not accept anything less. They help the office run smoothly and bring youthful energy. My provider, Erica, takes her time, responds appropriately, understands my concerns, and addresses them accordingly. She always asks if I have any questions, which is very important. I don't feel rushed or like just another number. This location needs to be recognized because this level of service is very rare. Times have changed so much, and providing excellent customer service with a smile is something I thought would never return to healthcare. Kudos to the whole team!

Erika Robinson has an impressive background in nursing and a strong commitment to her field. She completed her Bachelor of Science in Nursing at Hampton University, in Hampton, Va. and earned her master’s degree in Adult-Gerontology Primary Care, from Walden University, in Minneapolis. With a diverse career that includes medical-surgical nursing, infection control and epidemiology, Erika has dedicated several years to being a primary care provider, caring for veterans and improving the health of adults with infectious diseases. She regularly educates her patients and their families on disease prevention and offers guidance on enhancing health through lifestyle adjustments. Erika is a member of the American Academy of HIV Medicine, the American Association of Nurse Practitioners, and Chi Eta Phi Nursing Sorority, Inc.
