I really like Dr Desai and think he is a great doctor . I just don't understand why I had a CT scan and then wasn't discussed with me. I was just told there was nothing that could be done for me.

I received a breathing test before my Dr. Appointment. I was taken in within 5 min of getting there & everyone, from front desk to the tech that performed my breathing tests were very pleasant, informative about the tests I would be taking, & explained things easily, as did the Doctor.

I was seen by Dr. Desai for an ongoing problem with my lungs (M.A.C.) I was told that I have nodules on my lungs which is new. I called Dr. Desai's office for an appointment and was given a time. It wasn't as soon as I would have liked but I may have been in panic mode when I called. Dr. Desai and his staff are wonderful. They are personable, and effecient.

I saw Dr Desai for the first time. I was very impressed and I am so excited for my continued care he will be providing. He definitely did his homework and knew my history as well as me. Some things I forgot so knowing he really cared enough to go back and read records and test results from years ago was impressive! I will make sure to thank my primary Dr for this referral. I highly recommend him. And the staff and wait time are amazing also!

It is rare these days to find a physician that is prepared for your visit. Dr. Desai is prepared with knowing my medical history. He gives his opinion with explanation but respects my decisions. He is just the right physician for me at this stage of my disease. I am fortunate to have found him.

My oncolgist recommended and made this appointment. She wanted an expert to look at all my scans to see if there was a problem with a nodule in my lung. This Dr was very helpful, he did not find anything unusual. He did however talk about the asthma. He said he wanted to up my medicine to prevent so many infections. I agreed and started the new regimen the following day. Since my strength and energy has improved. What a blessing.

Dr Desai is an outstanding physician. He prepared diligently before my appointment with him. He knew my medical history and that allowed my appointment to flow nicely and be extremely satisfactory. He was very knowledgeable and his diagnosis was impeccable. I have never met a doctor that is so prepared, humble, great bedside manners, and knowledgeable. Bio
Dr. Desai is Board Certified in Pulmonary, Critical Care and Internal Medicine. Dr. Desai completed his Pulmonary and Critical Care Fellowship at the University of Buffalo. He received his Doctor of Medicine degree from Smt. NHL Municipal Medical College, Gujarat University in Ahmedabad, India. He completed Internal Medicine Residences at both Gujarat University and State University of New York in Buffalo, NY, where he served as Chief Resident. Dr. Desai completed his Pulmonary and Critical Care Fellowship at State University of New York. He is a published author of numerous research papers, review articles and book chapters.
