Provider Katie Mann was amazing, this is the first time we have seen her as our regular PCM was unavailable. Katie Mann was extremely understanding, listened to our concerns, talked us through everything and showed the utmost professionalism and comparison. My daughter loved her visit so much that she asked to switch her provider to Katie Mann.

During my visit, no eye contact was even made. I felt like I was talking to a wall who was busy typing on her computer. The amount of typing was excessive for barely any conversation we had which leads me to believe that she was doing notes from a previous patient or messaging with someone. She asked if I was "on anxiety medicine" and that was what the check- up / follow-up was for. Every time I see her I have to consistently remind her what I am there for. She seemed so uninterested in what I had to say and offered no medical help or expertise. It was a true waste of my time and frankly, money as well. I asked if I could get my hormones tested and she agreed. When the visit ended, she did not instruct me to go and do labs. I had to ask if the labs were being done today. I really wanted to like her. My health is so important to me. I truly feel like I'm being brushed off as a young mom who wouldn't really know the difference if she was putting in notes or not at my appointment.

This was my first time seeing this provider. She was attentive to my questions and ordered necessary refills; however for an annual physical examination she DID NOT examine me - not listen to my heart, lungs, look in my ears. I sat in the chair the entire time. She did not touch me which is unacceptable for an annual physical examination. She took my medical history, ordered refills and told me to go to the other room for bloodwork. I was then told to check out. I've been to this location before and never experienced this type of negligence of medical responsibility.

After relocating out of state, I was nervous about finding a new provider, but Katie Mann immediately made me feel comfortable and secure in her care. Her compassion, expertise, and genuine dedication to her patients are unmatched. She takes the time to listen, explains everything clearly, and always makes me feel heard and valued. I truly appreciate her care, and I hope she never goes away!

My regular doctor is Monique Brock, PA. I'm not sure why I was referred to Katie Mann—something about my doctor being booked, I believe. I don’t like being switched between PAs, as Ms. Brock knows my file and medical history very well. Since February 18, I've still been waiting on a referral to a cardiologist. If this had been Ms. Brock, she would have handled it by now. This is of great importance, and Ms. Mann is dragging her feet.

Felt sick and called for a flu or covid test Monique is off on Mondays so was able to get in with Katie and she was just as thorough and professional as Monique and explained that she had ordered a chest x-ray in case I didn't start feeling better mid week just come in and let them know that I needed to get it. Received a call today the third day after I was seen and she had thought I might start feeling better today and they were just following up to see how I was doing. I let them know I was doing much better as of today and I really appreciated their follow up. I tell my family and friends all the time about how much my daughter who also goes to Monique and myself appreciate this practice from the front desk throughout everyone is so friendly and efficient and my mom who is 91 is going to start seeing Dr. Moody.
