The NP Wallace has a very good professional and caring demeanor.Her ability to convey medical knowledge in simple terms helped to help me make decisions about my treatment options with accurate information.

My recent visit with Pain Management was pleasant. The front desk staff, Morgan was attentive and very friendly and checked me in quickly for my appointment. When I seen Mrs. Wallace she Showed much respect and concern for me as a patient. She Spent time explaining In detail about my condition and answered any questions or concerns I had. I would most definitely recommend Mrs.Wallace at Chesapeake Regional Pain Management Practice. Thank you for all you do Mrs. Wallace and staff!!

The way everything was explained to us was so easy to understand, and well explained to us. Nothing was sugar coated, and we REALLY appreciate that!!! We left with a game plan as to the next steps I would be taking, and ONLY because of how comfortable I felt in that office, am I actually going to get the injections that were recommended, and we even left with more knowledge about another issue that was only discovered a week ago, and that is AFTER talking to a neurosurgery team!!!!

In all honesty, on both visits with Talia she entered the room "sternly", making me wonder what I was in for. But once we started talking, she quickly warmed up, taking a sincere interrogation of all my symptons, evaluating all my comments, and following each with more questions, demonstrating her thoroughness and knowledge. I LOVED IT! ANSWERS I HAD NEVER HEARD AND MADE SENSE!I have a growing great respect and appreciation for Talia Wilson after 2 GREAT EXPERIENCES, even if they started a little cool.
