Dr. Anthony Pellegrino is a board-certified anesthesiologist with a subspecialty certification in pain management. He earned his medical degree from Uniformed Services University of the Health Sciences School of Medicine in Bethesda, MD and completed his residency at Wilford Hall Medical Center at the Lackland Air Force Base, Texas. His pain management residency was completed at University of Texas in San Antonio. Dr. Pellegrino earned his pain management certification through the American Board of Anesthesiology. Dr. Pellegrino was a staff anesthesiologist and director of the first pain management clinic at David Grant U.S. Air Force Medical Center in Fairfield, Calif. After leaving the United States Air Force, he joined a private anesthesia group in Tempe, Ariz. practicing anesthesia and pain management. He then opened Advanced Pain Modalities in Chandler, Ariz. where he presided until recently.

Arlene Lucky, MBA, MSN, APRN, CNOR is a Family Nurse Practitioner at Chesapeake Regional Pain Management. She has more than 30 years’ nursing experience and has served over 20 years in the United States Army Reserve as a decorated Active Reserve Officer. Arlene attended the University of Southern Mississippi in Hattiesburg, Miss. where she received a Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing. She earned her Master of Science degree in Nursing from Grand Canyon University in Phoenix and her Family Nurse Practitioner post-master’s certificate from Graceland University in Lamoni, Iowa. Arlene has worked in a variety of settings including family practice, urgent care, the operating room, performance improvement and as a clinical nurse instructor. She is currently licensed in the state of Virginia and North Carolina and is an active member of the American College of Nurse Practitioners and the Virginia Medical Service Corp.
