I made the first available appointment which was 4 days after I called. I arrived early. Two walk-in patients were seen before anyone else because they had issues with coming in later. This put all of us back. I was there for almost 2 hours for a 20 minute appointment. Doctor seems irritable and stressed, perhaps overworked. Not normal for her.

My mail order pharmacy Caremark would not fill one of my prescriptions due to no authorization from my physician. The office staff tried numerous times to get it straight however Caremark didn't cooperate. Dr. Manning got Caremark straight and I received my medication. Just a small example of Dr. Manning and the office staff dedication to their patients.

Did not have to wait as long as other visits to see the doctor. That was a good thing, my time is valuable also and I have waited over an hour at some past visits to see the doctor. I am glad it went somewhat smoothly

I waited for 1 hour after my appointment time and still did not get to see my provider.When I asked how long it would be they told me they didn't know and I'd just have to continue waiting. So I had to leave and did not even get to see my Dr. No one offered to reschedule or even called me. My appointment was 8am how does an office get an hour behind so early in the morning?
