Dr. Buch was very attentive and explained everything in language that we could understand. He answered all our questions and never made us feel rushed. He is scheduling tests to help with the plan of treatment. We would highly recommend Dr. Buch.

Dr. Buch keeps a friendly demeanor while being right to the point. I find its a great combination. All office staff were wonderful and helpful but a special thanks to Angie who prepared and help me prepare for surgery in a different state. She was wonderful with her instructions and helped calm my nerves.

The new patient forms were challenging to fill out due to a vision issue from a stroke. They were sometimes fade or the type was too small to read and should have been sent electronically instead of mailed. If they print them, they can email them.

Dr. Buch is very patient with me. I had forgotten to write down 1 of the questions I had for him and when we had finished he said "Why don't you stay in here (meaning the exam room) while they take care of the blood work notice to the hospital". Pretty sure he did that to try and help me remember the question I had forgotten.
