Dr Buch offered his diagnosis and treatment options. He took the time to ensure I understood them and how they would be preformed. Did not pressure me into doing something I was unsure of and was respectful of my questions so that together we could reach the best conclusion on how to proceed. Would highly recommend him.

This was my first visit with Dr Buch. I saw him through the VA community care program. I just moved back the Elizabeth City from Puerto Rico where my wife lived for 26 years. I have an artificial heart valve so I needed to establish care with a cardiologist. I felt that Dr Buch was one of the best Drs I have ever had. He took all of my records (20 years worth) and copied them and reviewed them. He ordered the bi-annual tests I normally get. I felt that he showed a genuine interest in my history and my health. I look forward to having him as my Dr. He is excellent.

Dr Buch told me that someone would call to schedule an appointment with Dr. Levin to discuss an ablation. He also told me that someone would call me to schedule a six month follow up appointment with him. It has been over 10 days and no one has called.

Dr. Buch keeps a friendly demeanor while being right to the point. I find its a great combination. All office staff were wonderful and helpful but a special thanks to Angie who prepared and help me prepare for surgery in a different state. She was wonderful with her instructions and helped calm my nerves.

The new patient forms were challenging to fill out due to a vision issue from a stroke. They were sometimes fade or the type was too small to read and should have been sent electronically instead of mailed. If they print them, they can email them.
