First visit, it was a positive experience and it was a longer visit than he normally spends with patients. He was personable, non judgmental and honest. It was a late appointment, last one on a Friday evening and he stayed late to ensure all my questions were answered, and to email Emily, the pre op nurse, with further questions. Great team.

I really liked the fact that the doctor had read over my medical history/records prior to my arrival and had general knowledge of why I was there to see him. He could really talk about my issues without me having to go through everything from beginning to end. He was very knowledgeable and I felt like he genuinely cared about my wellbeing.

Dr Meyers is an excellent physician. I have no doubt that he is familiar with my case and know my name. He has taken the time and interest to be more than my surgeon. He has proven to be an integral member of my carefully selected health care team. I have no doubt that the improved health I have experienced over the last 2 years are a direct result of his role in my care. The bariatric program that he shepherds saved my life.

Dr. Meyers has given me hope for a better quality of life. I have fibromyalgia and have been over weight for a long time now. All I hear is you need to lose weight it will make you feel less pain but no one has offered any help om how to do this with fibromyalgia. Exercise is painful even just a little. Dr. Meyers took the time to answer my concerns about surgery and exacerbating my fibromyalgia. He gave me help to get the weight off and hope for a better life. I can't thank him enough.

Dr Meyers has always been an excellent doctor since I have been under his care, I would not change him for anything. So professional and understanding and always so eager to help his patients. He always spends a lot more time that maybe he even have to talk to us listening to what we have to tell him and never, not even once have I ever felt rush or cut off in my appointments with him. His medical people at his office have always been nice and courteous also. I will always recommend him to people that needs his kind of practice because I know the kind of care they will get, just the best.

The appointment time ran slightly behind. The doctor was extremely apologetic. He was very thorough in describing what to expect from my surgery. All the possible risks. I didn't feel rushed at all, and any questions or concerns were met with detailed answers. After going over every aspect, he then went over my images with me. Again, answered any questions or concerns I had. I'm very confident in the care I've received and will receive by him and his staff.

Dr. Myers and his staff were professional and friendly ( the two are not always in sync). He allayed my anxiety about my upcoming procedure by listening carefully and providing answers to all my questions. He seemed genuinely concerned about my health and wellbeing . His coordinator contacted me on Sunday morning to set up a "first available" appointment. I did not expect that, but I am extremely grateful.
