PA Gray was really great today. She took her time to respond to my questions and concerns. I usually see Dr. Manning, which I am very happy with care that I am currently receiving from her. Dr. Manning is an excellent physician and PA Gray is great for same day appointments when Dr. Manning has a full schedule. Both great assets!

I never met with the provider due to her MA's apathetic nature. She had a great deal to tell me about how I could not receive treatment due to limitations regarding my PCP. The office wanted to make clear that they could not fully treat me with out having a PCP, which takes many months to get an appointment to establish new patient care. They have no concern for any patient that has had and continues to pay for health insurance. Overall you all get a zero.

Had a severe cough and sore throat. Dr. Gray ran all the appropriate tests to determine or rule out possible causes. She reviewed my medical records and found a medication I had taken during a similar situation. The medication really helped.

I went in for my arm and wrist area was feeling numb and tingling. I thought it would get better but it didn't. Been hurting for 2 weeks. She gave me a script for pain and prednisone. I appreciate that she took time to explain what could be the problem. Very informative and courteous.

Dr. Gray is always great at listening to what is going on and making the best decision to help me get better. She knows and understands my history.As for the receptionist I think they always come across a little grumpy and snappy always seem to have problems With not knowing how to work things on the computer And fumble around a lot trying to find what they need. The one that checked me In questioned me about why I was there because I didn't seem sick because I wasn't coughing at that moment I don't feel it is there place to ask why I want to see the doctor I feel as it should just be there Business to hand me the correct paper and questionnaire to answer about why I'm there but not to question me why when there are other people standing behind me or that can hear my answer.
