Tull and Zoeller Join Chesapeake Hospital Authority

 

CHESAPEAKE – Two new members have recently been appointed by Chesapeake City Council to the Chesapeake Hospital Authority. Robert  W. Tull, Jr., and Larry Zoeller began their appointment on Jan. 10 and their terms will last to Jan. 2019. The Chesapeake Hospital Authority is an 11-member board of area citizens that oversees the operations of Chesapeake Regional Medical Center.

Robert (Robin) W. Tull, Jr., is founder and president of Tull Financial Group, Inc., in Chesapeake. Tull has more than 25 years of financial planning experience in the Hampton Roads community and has been nationally recognized as a former "Ask the Expert" on Quicken.com's retirement web site.  He is a Certified Financial Planner™ practitioner who has contributed to the New York TimesUSA TodayThe Wall Street JournalReader's DigestCNNfnSmartMoney Interactive, and Financial Planning Magazine. In July of 2014, for the tenth year in a row, he earned a coveted spot in Wealth Manager Magazine’s ranking of America’s top wealth managers.

Tull is an active community member. A Rotarian for more than 20 years, he has served in various capacities including his roles as past president of the Rotary Club of Chesapeake and past chairman of the Chesapeake Regional Health Foundation Board of Directors. Tull also served as finance chairman and chairman of their Annual Gala Committee. Tull is the former Vice-Chair of the City of Chesapeake Other Post-Employment Benefits Board (OPEB), a past chairman of the Atlantic Shores Christian School Board and has served on the Old Point National Bank Regional Advisory Board.

Robin and his wife Cathy, have four children -- AndrewCourtnayPhilip, and Victoria.

Larry Zoeller

Larry Zoeller has been the owner and president of Material Handling Supply, Inc. since the company establishment in 1980.

A native of Chesapeake, Zoeller is active in the community. He served on the City of Chesapeake’s Transportation Toll Facility Advisory Committee and is the past chairman of the local St. Jude Children’s Research Center and Chesapeake Care Free Clinic.

Zoeller belongs to the Chesapeake Sports Club and is a past chairman of this organization. 

Zoeller resides in the Greenbrier section of the city with his wife Adela.
