This three-part program is taught by a team of health care professionals and is open to all adults with diabetes. Class is held Wednesdays from 6 - 8:00pm.

Prepare for labor and birth with an informative class led by a trained childbirth instructor. Childbirth Prep happens one Saturday every month, 9 am-5 pm.
We offer tours of the BirthPlace on Sundays and Wednesdays (adults only). Registrations are required to attend. Sibling tours are offered on a limited basis.
Many first-time parents have never cared for a newborn. Our introductory class teaches parents-to-be the basics so they are prepared and know what to expect from their newborn. This one-time course is held one Thursday every month, from 5:30 - 8:30 pm.
The Breastfeeding Support Group is facilitated by one of our Lactation Consultants who leads a discussion on a new topic each month and answers any questions.

Get up and go with an aerobics class that’s safe, heart-healthy and gentle on the joints. The workout is a higher intensity version of Silver Sneakers Classic that includes upper-body strengthening, abdominal conditioning, stretching and relaxation exercises designed to energize your active lifestyle.
