Dr. Knittig and her team are invaluable assets in my healthcare arsenal. The perspective of that phrasing has specific reason. I can attack and conquer anything that comes my way. As we progress through my weight loss and overall better health journey, I've recently encountered some issues with grief and processing the loss of a loved one. Dr. Knittig listened to my experience and responded with the most genuine empathy. I can always feel how genuinely she cares for me and my well-being as a person. We discussed the importance of acknowledging my grief, its effects on my mental and physical health, as well as the benefits of grief counseling, physical activity, and mindfulness to counteract the negative impacts of my grief. I felt seen, I felt heard, and I felt cared for. All in all, it was a typical day at Chesapeake Regional Weightloss for me.

This office always provides exceptional care. I'm seen for a very sensitive health concern (to me - weight) and everyone is always very kind, patient, and non judgmental. I have never once felt uncomfortable in this office. I'm always very appreciative for everyone here.

Dr. Knittig is second to none! When I come to her office, I know she is going to be thorough, professional, and truly cares about her patients. I'm grateful to be under her care. I'm even considering making her my primary care doctor. My only reservation is the distance I would have to drive to see her. I have recommended Dr.Knittig to several people and advised them if there is a wait list, she is worth the wait.
