Dr. Frank Amico is my Cardiologist. This was a routine 6-month recurring appointment. I am completely satisfied with and wholeheartedly recommend Dr. Amico.

Nurses are always nice and friendly. Front desk staff are rude and act like they do not have time to be nice. In general, dr is usually very attentive however, this time he was not. I am currently having issues that are affecting my heart rate and he did not seem interested. He was running behind and didn't seem to want to take the time to listen to my issue. I believe he was not in the exam room more than 5 minutes. I should not have to pay to be seem 5 minutes.

We had to wait 1.5 hours past our appointment time before the doctor came to our room.I had other things to do that day and I missed my cut off time for submitting my invoices. I find this unacceptable. If it would have been the other way around, you would have charged me 50 to 100 bucks. In spite of that, I found the doctor to be very knowledgeable. He knew exactly what to do just by listening to us. He is straight forward to which I love. I will be returning to see this provider as long as need be.

I needed an appointment as soon as possible after spending some time in the ER for high blood pressure and pain in arm. When I called the soonest possible was two months after the ER visit. This is not good, there needs to be availability for emergencies such as this.

After checking in five minutes before my scheduled appointment time, I waited for one hour inside the doctor's diagnostic room. It was only after inquiring with the nurse that I discovered none of the staff were aware that I was waiting for the doctor.This oversight is concerning, particularly from a patient's standpoint. It is especially alarming to consider that a patient with a serious illness could be left unattended for an extended period. Such situations require immediate attention and resolution.Additionally, from a security perspective, it raises questions about how a patient can be inside the facility without office staff being aware and ensuring that all patients are seen promptly.I believe this matter warrants a thorough explanation and an actionable plan to prevent similar occurrences in the future.

Physician was excellent as usual. Medical assistant was NOT. Made me take off my shirt for my EKG (I am female) with my teenage son in the room. Did not ask either him or I if we would like him to step out. There is also zero reason to be stripped topless for an EKG

Everyone was very patient with me and helpful. They kept me informed what was happening as needed. The only problem I had at all was a mix-up on prescriptions where they didn't get called into my pharmacy and a phone call the next day straightened that all out. Dr. Amico and the cath lab team were excellent as was my nurse Molly. I'm not glad I needed this care but I'm very happy with the manner in which it was rendered.

Prescribed meds without really taking time to understand my situation, at least that was my perception. I'm sure he's very knowledgeable, but I walked away not feeling comfortable about what I was prescribed.
