Bio
A board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner with extensive experience in primary care, Sue Whitehurst-Doss, FNP, RCN, MSN, ADM earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing and her Master of Science degree as a Family Practice Nurse Practitioner from Old Dominion University, in Norfolk, Va. She has worked throughout the Hampton Roads region during her career. Sue is adept at managing patients with complex medical conditions as well as providing preventative care and education. Her clinical skills include diabetes management, optimizing cardiovascular risk, addressing metabolic syndrome, and helping to promote better health.
