Dr. Alireza Farpour is a board-certified general surgeon. He received his medical degree from the Medical College of Pennsylvania in Philadelphia and completed his surgical training at Eastern Virginia Medical School in Norfolk.
Dr. Farpour began his tenure at Chesapeake Regional in 1995 when he joined the practice of Dr. Enrique Saenz. Dr. Farpour is the past chief of the Department of Surgery and past president of both the Chesapeake Regional Medical Staff and Chesapeake Medical Society.
