Get Fit While You Sit!

Chair fitness is a 30-minute long cardiovascular workout focusing on strength training and flexibility moves, all completed while you sit on a chair. This class is great for men and women of all ages, including S.E.T. participants who have been approved by their supervisor.

Chair Fitness is held every Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 12:30 - 1pm.

Maximum class size is 9 members due to Governor restrictions. Call on Friday for a Monday reservation. Please limit 1 class per day per member. There are no Saturday classes at this time.
