This three-part program is taught by a team of health care professionals and is open to all adults with diabetes. Class is held Wednesdays from 6 - 8:00pm.
Controlled movements that engage deep abdominals, lower back, and hip muscles.  Improves posture, mobility, and will give you a feeling of overall well-being. Must be able to get down on a mat. Date and Time Tuesday and Thursday from 3-4pm
Dance and sweat to the oldies at any fitness level!Date and Time Thursdays - 9:30-10:15am
 Use the beat of the music to work on balance, strength, and cognitive function will coordinated "tap" choreography.  *To participate in this class, you need to sign up and buy your own pair of tap shoes* (example: Amazon, Dancewear Solutions, Dance Outfitters on Volvo Parkway, etc.)Date and Time Thursdays - 10:30-11:00am
This class is for teens, ages 11 and up. Participants will learn adult, child and infant CPR, how to clear an obstructed airway and the use of an AED device.
The American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) course ($90) is available in two convenient formats. Both options are the same cost per person and provide the same certification.1. Blended Learning Format (Individual Participant)
Prepare for labor and birth with an informative class led by a trained childbirth instructor. Childbirth Prep happens one Saturday every month, 9 am-5 pm.
We offer tours of the BirthPlace on Sundays and Wednesdays (adults only). Registrations are required to attend. Sibling tours are offered on a limited basis.
Many first-time parents have never cared for a newborn. Our introductory class teaches parents-to-be the basics so they are prepared and know what to expect from their newborn. This one-time course is held one Thursday every month, from 5:30 - 8:30 pm.
The Breastfeeding Support Group is facilitated by one of our Lactation Consultants who leads a discussion on a new topic each month and answers any questions.
