The post report in my chart had errors in it. An example is I informed the office that I smoked for 5 years, the report indicated I smoke for 35 years. That was a question about whether or not I was having pain, the report indicated that I had no pain when my pain level was a nine on a zero to 10 rating chart. And there were other minor discrepancies in that document.

My visits with Sherri Yeatts, PA were very helpful for me even though we haven't solved my problem. Ms Yeatts was always professional. She showed genuine concern for my problems. She was wonderful in her discussions of my MRIs and x-rays. She went over each one with allaying my concerns and answered all my questions. I have recommended this office and Ms. Yeatts to many of my friends
