Megan is phenomenal. I enjoy seeing her more than my regular "assigned" provider. Her personality is cheery, thoughtful, kind and empathetic. If she was hired on to be a provider, other than acute care, I'd switch! She called me on Saturday to follow up and I truly appreciated that. When she heard my CT scan was not yet scheduled she followed up with the office, And on Monday when the office opened, things were handled quickly and efficiently. The last time I needed a CT scan it took almost a month for the order to get there, and then there were issues scheduling So needless to say, this time was so much better.

Frustrated that a CT scan ordered could not be taken because the company referred to never returned calls, I let provider know and they did not intervene on my behalf until March. Previously they just kept telling me to call MRI-CT..they faxed the referral. I really like the person I saw this time, she was confident and that was very reassuring to me.

I had a good experience with the provider. She was very good at listening to what I had to say. Megan told me she would call about test results and she did. Happy with my visit and would ask for her if I needed a visit to the office at any time.

Megan listened to all my answers, asked questions to gather more information, and did several blood tests. She followed up with me and, more importantly, with my PCP. A follow-up appointment was set with that doctor, which made me believe that, for the first time in my life, I might actually get to the core issues of my health.
