Recipe: Pumpkin Spice Chia Pudding

Calm your pumpkin spice cravings the healthy way.

This nostalgic, fall-flavored chia seed pudding offers fiber, protein and omega-3 fatty acids to support your digestion, manage your blood sugar and provide essential nutrients for heart and bone health.

Pumpkin Spice Chia Seed Pudding

  • 1.5 cups fat-free vanilla Greek yogurt (low-sugar such as Oikos Triple Zero)

  • ¾ cup unsweetened almond milk

  • ½ cup pumpkin puree

  • 2 tsp, pumpkin pie spice

  • 1/4 cup, chia seeds

Instructions:

1. In a medium-sized mixing bowl, whisk all ingredients together.

2. Transfer to individual serving dishes (5 servings per recipe)

3. Place in the refrigerator to set for 1-2 hours before serving.

*Note: Omit the pumpkin puree and spice and top with berries if you want a more neutral flavor.
