CHESAPEAKE, Va. –  The Virginia Emergency Management Association (VEMA) recently recognized Chesapeake Regional Healthcare’s Matt Leicester, Emergency Management Coordinator, as the 2022 Outstanding New Emergency Management Professional of the Year. The announcement was made at VEMA’s annual symposium, held in March, at the Norfolk Waterside Marriott.
