Dr. Stephenson is an incredibly knowledgeable CNM that helped calm the anxiety I was experiencing working with a new provider and approaching planning for pregnancy for the first time. She was kind, thoughtful, and took her time. I'd highly recommend her.

I always feel like I am heard when I see Ms. Jackie. The wait time is a little longer than I'd like, but I think that's because she takes the time to really listen to her patients.

I never saw the provider. The MA took my info, asked a bunch of questions and the told me I didn't need the visit. I asked to see the provider and waited. My appointment was at 230p I left at 312p without talking to her. Very disappointed for a first time patient with her. Will not RS with her.

The front desk lady is amazing! She was so kind and caring the whole time. She got me in ASAP. The doctor was also amazing and very kind. The whole office deserves a raise. I will return in the future and I would recommend this office to anyone.

Dr Jacqueline Stephenson is so personable and very likeable. She took her time with me and she listened to my concerns. I would recommend her to anyone looking for GYN. She also made me feel comfortable during the procedure which was very nice.

Secretaries and nurses mumble and do not speak up even though I mentioned several times that I was having trouble hearing. This was via phone and in person. I am not hard of hearing and am 26 yo. Waited 1 hr. to be seen after appt. time.

I was so nervous coming in for my appointment because it had been so long since I saw an ob/gyn. The doctor made me feel so incredibly comfortable and did not judge me at all for neglecting my health for so long. She made me feel good about taking back control of my health and getting my appointments taken care of. She is perfect for her job and so knowledgeable.

Once in the office, the care is great by Stephenson, but when calling to ask a question, the front never knows the answer or I call back and get mixed answers.

Jackie made me feel heard and explained everything to ease my anxiety. She followed up on the phone with me to go over results and options. She also advocated for me to get the care I wanted and needed which I am very thankful for.
