I absolutely love Dr. Williams. He helped me through a very tough time in my life.

Appointment was set in November with a referral and X-ray regarding a large fibroid in the uterus. I went to the office to fill out all paperwork prior to the appointment. Received a phone call few days before the appointment stating that it needed to be rescheduled With no other options I accepted the new appointment date. The day of my appointment neither the nurse or doctor had any idea what I was in for, they had no x-ray or referral in hand that I had provided the day I filled in my paperwork The doctor refused to do STI screening as I requested stating he didn't have time. During the short visit he received a phone call that he answered and put on speaker phone, a nurse was telling him a patient (full name) was 2 centimeters dilated. After that he was very dismissive and ready to go and even said that if the baby fell to the ground it would be my fault for holding him back. I left the office after waiting nearly 3 months to be seen in the same condition I was when I scheduled the appointment, in pain and with a unresolved simple issues. Needless to say I will not return to that office and I will leave a negative review on every single platform available.

I had a D and C procedure. Everything was perfect, I felt safe and taken care of.

Dr. Williams is amazing. However, it seems the practice is overbooked sometimes. Also, when you call the office you wait on hold for 20-30 min. I have called during regular office hours not lunch time and the phone message has said closed. I sometimes feel like I have to call to go over test results I saw in my chart. I also don't the appropriate turn around time. Overall the call answering could greatly improve and appointment availability.

Well, what can I say that Dr Wiliam and his workers are very friendly to serve their clients, I congratulate them for the Patience more than anything to us as Hispanics who find it difficult to communicate with English but none of that prevented us from being able to communicate with medical care, thank you.

I love Dr. Fred Williams. Was there for my postpartum appointment. It was cancelled 3 times before I could be seen due to Dr. Williams delivering babies. It is hard to get appointments in the office.

Very good doctor and staff. Very informative and respectful. Knew about my medications and side effects to my baby and scheduled additional testing for me and my baby to check their health.

I made a complaint on the nurse who saw me. She was rude and disrespectful. She didn't want to listen to me and just kept trying to talk over me. She got an attitude because I wanted to speak with dr Williams and rolled her eyes snapped her neck and yanked the door open to get him. Me and my scared 3yr old left immediately and will never return to his office again!

This is my 5 child and I only trust Dr. Williams! He has cared for and delivered all of my babies and he treats every time like the very first. He is funny, Intelligent and most of all extremely caring about all of his patients! I absolutely love him!

Dr.Williams was the BEST gyn I have ever had. I have had 2 children and was active duty US Navy. With that being said, I have had a multitude of different GYN & he was the best. 10/10 recommend. He is an absolute asset to Chesapeake Regional Medical Center,.
