Charity (office manager) got me seen as soon as possible unlike my primary obgyn. Dr. Williams and his staff were top notch and I def recommend him! He put me at ease and the procedure wasn't nearly as bad as I expected it to be!

Going to see Dr. Williams is always a great experience. I go to him because I trust him. I value his advice and he listens to me and does not brush off my concerns, but addresses them and puts me at ease. His staff is extremely professional and work very well together. Nothing but great vibes from the time you enter until you leave. I always recommend Dr. Williams.

I love Dr. Williams & his team. They are so helpful, kind, knowledgeable, & I have never had any issues with them, other than it takes a while to schedule appointments sometimes.

Dr. Williams made me feel very comfortable! Dr. Williams was very nice and detailed about the procedure I was getting. I have also had visits with Dr. Jacqueline and she too is very detailed and made me feel comfortable. They both are great!

Dr. Williams was and is an AMAZING doctor through my pregnancy and birth. He was compassionate and listened to my wishes for a full term, unmedicated birth. He trusted myself and my baby and supported every decision I made along the way, therefore making me trust myself. He gave me a beautiful birth experience and a healthy baby girl. I could not speak of higher value for Dr. Williams.

Appointment was set in November with a referral and X-ray regarding a large fibroid in the uterus. I went to the office to fill out all paperwork prior to the appointment. Received a phone call few days before the appointment stating that it needed to be rescheduled With no other options I accepted the new appointment date. The day of my appointment neither the nurse or doctor had any idea what I was in for, they had no x-ray or referral in hand that I had provided the day I filled in my paperwork The doctor refused to do STI screening as I requested stating he didn't have time. During the short visit he received a phone call that he answered and put on speaker phone, a nurse was telling him a patient (full name) was 2 centimeters dilated. After that he was very dismissive and ready to go and even said that if the baby fell to the ground it would be my fault for holding him back. I left the office after waiting nearly 3 months to be seen in the same condition I was when I scheduled the appointment, in pain and with a unresolved simple issues. Needless to say I will not return to that office and I will leave a negative review on every single platform available.

Dr. Williams is amazing. However, it seems the practice is overbooked sometimes. Also, when you call the office you wait on hold for 20-30 min. I have called during regular office hours not lunch time and the phone message has said closed. I sometimes feel like I have to call to go over test results I saw in my chart. I also don't the appropriate turn around time. Overall the call answering could greatly improve and appointment availability.
