Change up your training with Muscle Mix! This 55-minute class focuses on sculpting muscles through resistance equipment, abdominal training and flexibility exercises.

Muscle Mix is held Saturdays from 9:15 to 10:15am and Tuesdays and Thursdays from 5:40 - 6:40pm.
