Tai Chi

The Lifestyle Center’s Tai Chi class offers the 24-form Yang Style Tai Chi and Qigong classes.We offer a beginner and Intermediate/advanced classes.

The beginner classes are offered on Monday and Wednesdays at 2:30p.  Intermediate/Advanced classes are Monday and Wednesdays at 10:45a.

Meditation is offered the first Wednesday of each month at 10:45a and 2:30p for approximately 40 minutes.   All classes focus on deep breathing, reducing stress, fostering clearer attention and relaxation of mind and spirit. 

 

These classes are included in your Fitness Center memberships.
