Hospital Authority Board Meeting Schedule

Please notify the Hospital Authority Board Clerk of your intentions to attend these meetings. Portions of these meetings may be held in closed session as permitted under Virginia law.

Chesapeake Hospital Authority April 2024 meetings

  • The Executive Committee of the Chesapeake Hospital Authority will convene on April 9, 2024 at 4:30 pm the Chesapeake Regional Medical Center Admin Conference Room.
  • The Strategic & Facilities Planning Committee of the Chesapeake Hospital Authority will convene on April 9, 2024 at 5:30 pm the Chesapeake Regional Medical Center Boardroom.
  • There will be an American Hospital Association Annual Meeting attended by the Chesapeake Hospital Authority to be held in Washington, DC on April 14 -16, 2024 for continuing education.
  • The Quality & Patient Safety Committee of the Chesapeake Hospital Authority will convene on April 18, 2024 at 7:30 am in the Chesapeake Regional Medical Center Boardroom.
  • The Investment Committee of the Chesapeake Hospital Authority will convene on April 22, 2024 at 4:30 pm in the Chesapeake Regional Medical Center Admin Conference Room.
  • The Finance Committee of the Chesapeake Hospital Authority will convene on April 22, 2024 at 6:00 pm in the Chesapeake Regional Medical Center Boardroom.
  • The Bylaws Committee of the Chesapeake Hospital Authority will convene on April 23, 2024 at 4:30 pm in the Chesapeake Regional Medical Center Admin Conference Room.

  • The Chesapeake Hospital Authority Board Meeting will convene on April 25, 2024 at 6:00 pm in the Chesapeake Regional Medical Center Boardroom.
